You can apply for your passports at DFA online! Mabilis pa at wala ng pila-pila.
Passports are now processed near MOA (Mall of Asia). I have not been there but I recently had my passport renewed at the DFA before they transferred. Pumila ako ng 8am, tapos pinabalik pa ako. Puwede pala online! Anyway I have a former officemate who just had his passport done at the new place. Bilis daw. Baka naman pag nakakuha ka na ng bagong passport puwede mong dalhin yung luma mong passport na may US visa. Pero siguro ipakita mo muna sa consul kung maaring pang basahin ang US visa sa old passport mo.
