From Syvia: Report on Meeting of Feb. 26

Meeting Feb 26, fri at Sylvia's

1. Manny Portugal has pledged to help raise funds for the photobooth, along with the other heavyweights, ay, weightlifters pala

2. For the program, Gerry's son who plays the drums can do a front act with a band and then the band's music will lead to the disco part of the program (We have to pay for the band)

3. Noon at Ngayon photos -- batchmates will provide a photo of themselves from highschool and a more current one to be compiled into a slide/video presentation by Manny P.
Photos can be sent through:
a. scan old photos and send electronically
b. with a digital camera, take a photo of your old photo and send as a digital photo
c. physically send your properly labelled original copy photos
All to be accomplished by March 31, 2010
Original copy photos may be sent to be collected March 26, at the next meeting at Syl's

4. Schedule At DS
6-7 pm registration
7-8 dinner with mobile disco music, slide show of noon and ngayon
8-10 program with video clips, raffle and games
10-12 disco

5. Video clips -
those unable to come can send in their greetings
video clips can be uploaded into a portion of the website accessible only to Andoy
teleserye presentation - about 5 minutes/cut, 5 sequences/cut Champoy style with a reworded jingle stanza before and after each cut to string together the different cuts;
batchmates clustered geographically can record their own video
tropas can record their own also
schedule videotaping at UPIS grounds, with script and structure to be coherent

PS yung booths pa sana for rent to realtors. etc

(We plan to do a shoot in La Union on Apr. 17-18, at the Jacob's resthouse)
